After more than 30 years of being involved in IT solutions and 21 years as owner of Tech-Knuckle Computer Sales and Service, we are making some changes to our business platform. Since the onset of Covid 19 in 2020, Tech-Knuckle has been through many peaks and valleys as have most businesses. One of the positives of this situation was the expansion of our ability to assist our customers with remote assistance software (TeamViewer). In most instances, we can assist customers with approximately 90% of the issues our customers encounter by using remote assistance. The only requirement for remote assistance is you must have internet connectivity. Remote access is very convenient for both the customer, and our business. Remote assistance allows us to quickly respond to our customer’s needs and allows the customer the convenience of not having to bring the unit into our store, and is more economical than an on-site service call.
Since the outbreak of Covid in January 2020, there have been significant improvements in the Remote Assistance Software Industry. With the ever changing tech industry we have made the decision to relocate our office into South Carolina. At this time we are doing primarily remote assistance, however, we are also offering limited on ground services in within the Woodland, CA area. We still offer new custom built systems that can be shipped directly to the end user. Additionally we are still offering On-Site setup as well through both in person visits from one of our contacts, and remote assistance.

We are excited to bring to you a product which we feel will simplify your computer needs and management. Through our remote software that is on everyone’s machines that we service, we can offer a product that will add monitoring to the console from our end. We have looked at its performance for about a year and have been pleased with it. It is available to both home users and business users. It allows us to monitor the overall “health” of the computer. One advantage to this process is there is no longer a need for you to leave your payment information on an auto renew basis. When your subscription is nearing its end, we will contact you to check with you before renewing. If a current computer is replaced, we can move the subscription to the new unit almost instantly.

When you purchase your new machine from Tech-Knuckle, there is never any additional charges for transferring your data from your old machine to the new one. We also strive to get your new machine ready to use as soon as you get it home. There is never any trial software or bloat-ware on our computers because we build each and every one. As an additional service to you, we will install any legally licensed software at no additional charge, at the time of purchase.
Our custom built PC’s are made from high-quality brand-name parts. We purchase parts “as-needed” in order to provide the customer with the best prices and latest technology. After you have purchased your PC, onsite setup and installation is available for an additional charge.
